The staff were lovely! Gavin and Yvonne were very welcoming and down to earth. You can tell they put their heart into the hotel. It was a great central location and had much charm! Lovely residents and people staying. We felt very welcomed. Great place to be able to have our dog too and great family feel. Our daughter loved the piano! Thanks for having us 😊 Think you have to be aware this is an old hotel and 2* but it's an absolute bargain for the location spot and staff. I personally liked the charm of it and would stay again if ever in Blackpool. It was also surprisingly quiet at night for being so central... My daughter slept like a log!

Well worth the money stayed with my autistic children so the staff new they was gonna be loud but gave us a room where it would be quite and it was a really clean bedroom downside the shower was cold but it was alright. The staff was friendly they gave us a 2nd room cuz we booked the wrong night and moved us to a bigger bedroom then what we expected. Room was clean again. Beds was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating every time I go blackpoool I’ll stay here again.

Fab location, staff welcoming and friendly. Room was a decent size for a budget hotel . Clean and comfy beds , room provided with towels , soap , toilet roll , tea/coffee etc and just ask for more when needed . Like most of the budget hotels in Blackpool parts of the carpet are a bit worn and dated , but new owner was telling us all about his plans of doing it up and we got a peak at one one of the newly decorated rooms which was really nice.

It was good for the money someone at the property 24hours very polite staff clean and tidy comfortable rooms were big and spacious worth the money was £88 for bank holiday weekend 20 pound but you get that back was pleased with our stay will stay again 100% very nice guy

The hotel is located across the road from Blackpool Winter Gardens which was very convenient, the room was perfect for the affordable price and there were no issues of noise even during the time that concerts were playing just across the road. Staff were very helpful.
